The foRMAtion Educational Module is a unique and innovative undertaking aiming to train university students as future RMAs. The two-semester-long course provides a helicopter view on Research Management and Administration and boosts the relevant skills and competencies of students to make the profession appealing as a potential career choice.
The teaching of the educational module is supported by the foRMAtion international curriculumand the Teaching material for the foRMAtion international module for future Research Managers and Administrators. The module was primarily designed for students at Bachelor or Master Programmes from any scientific fields as an elective course. However, the module was built in a flexible manner enabling its adoption and adaptation by a wide range of different institutional set-ups. It can be taught in online, offline and hybrid teaching environment.
